When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

ReviveOne Peptides is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier, weather, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and procedures. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact shipping carrier and then contact us at ReviveOnePep@gmail.com so we can assist where reasonably possible.
DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact ReviveOnePep@gmail.com promptly and include your order number and photographs of the package and product.
